Shopkeeper

The Club operates an online shop that members can use to place orders for goods and services supplied by the Club.  Presently, the following goods and services can be ordered using the shop:

• Use of locker.
• Use of garden plot.
• Name badges.

The role of Shopkeeper involves the following:

• Respond to orders for lockers by arranging the supply of a key and update the register of key holders.
• Respond to orders for garden plots and update the register of garden plot holders.
• Manage the annual payment of fees for the use of lockers and garden plots.
• Manage the supply of name badges for new members and ordered by existing members.

Familiarity with the use of simple computer systems is an advantage.  Training and continuous support in the role will be provided.   Time required to perform the role is estimated at less than one hour per week.  Please contact Robyn McClelland for further information.
