Our Duplicate sessions are competitive, and friendly.  Members find a partner using our WhatsApp group; If you want to try one of our sessions let us know us know you are coming, and we will find a partner for you.

Duplicate sessions are held on the following days:

Monday Afternoon:

This session is run by Bill Jacobs from the Northern Bridge Club.  It is not an NBBC session.

• 1 section with ~20 tables
• 12.30-12.50pm – a 20 minute lesson from Bill on varied topics
• 1.00-4.00pm – a duplicate competitive session
• You must register on the Northern Website to attend this session each week
• Bill uses the registrations to set up tables, boards and partners – so please don’t just turn up, and please don’t cancel without letting Bill know.  Contact Bill with any changes to your booking by phone or email
• This session is scored electronically with results being available on the Northern website.
• Cost: $13 for Northern Members; $15 for all others

Monday Evening:

• 1 section with ~12 tables
• 7.15-9.45pm – a duplicate competitive session of ~18 hands
• We do not show results for those pairs placed last
• Table fees for Members: $6.00 (with an annual NBBC Social membership (Bridge) of $80.00/prorata rate available)
• Table fees for Visitors:  $10.00

Thursday Afternoon:

• 3 sections with ~9-10 tables per section
• 1:30- 4:00pm – a duplicate competitive session
• We do not show results for those pairs placed last
• Table fees for Members: $6.00 (with an annual NBBC Social membership (Bridge) of $80.00/prorata rate available)
• Table fees for Visitors:  $10.00
• a Happy Hour afterwards involving drinks being available from the bar and a little free food
