Pickleball is a racquet or paddle sport in which 2 players (singles), or four players (doubles) use a smooth-faced paddle to hit a perforated, hollow plastic ball over a 34" net (0.86m) until one side is unable to return the ball or commits a rule infraction.
The best part of this is that anyone of any age or skill level can play this game. Whether you're an experienced athlete or a fitness newbie, pickleball is a great way to stay alive and healthy. It's a low-impact sport, which means it's easy on the joints, making it suitable for ALL AGES and fitness (or lack of) levels. Plus it's fun.
Available to Members only for the introductory sessions. You must be signed on to TIDYHQ to register for your free ticket. General public will be invited mid-march.
There is no need to show your tickets on the day as we will have a list of those who have successfully applied to play.
